I don't know about anybody else, but I always get a kick out of looking through your Usagi sketch card collection. Such a neat way of collecting other artists take on Stan's ronin rabbit.

Thanks Steve. It's always exciting to get a new "sketch." I never know what to expect. Today I received this from Ray Lago and can't believe how cool it is.

The actual card looks sharper. I'm having trouble catching the watercolors. :?

Great new addition! The colors look fantastic! I have to say that Usagi looks... uhm... interesting... in a blue and pink outfit. Gives a new interpretation of cute bunny and fierce samurai.

PS
The card by Stan looks great as well.

This showed up on my doorstep today. It was commissioned a few years ago.

It's Phil Noto. He was one of the first artists I asked to draw Usagi. It just took a few years to get to me. I no longer collect Usagi art so I guess that will be the last one. :(

Why? Hopefully, you still read the comics and/or books.

Oh yeah, I still read the comics and buy the hardcovers. It was just one of those hobbies I lost interest in. Maybe I'll start it up again some day.

The one artist I still want to see draw Usagi is Brian Stelfreeze. I really like his style.

Sometimes it's worth going to the mailbox. I completely forgot I had set this up with Mr. Sale a few years ago.

I posted it here since I no longer have free webspace. :(
