Re: SDCC 2019
I wanted to publicly thank jabba for all the stuff he picked up for me at SDCC. I wonder how many times you walked away from an artist's table only to get a text later in the day asking for something from said artist.
Sorry!
Maybe next year you could make a documentary of your experience. Because you're not doing enough already!

Re: SDCC 2019
Shipped out a few more things today. I gotta say, this has been the worst service USPS has ever given. A couple packages have been delivered damaged, some with the items inside damaged, due to severe mishandling by the USPS. And so far they've managed to misplace one package as well, saying it's delivered even though it went to a PO Box (so it couldn't have been stolen off a porch or anything) and they claimed they couldn't find it. I think I do a pretty good job of packing to minimize the possibility of damage, but there's only so much I can do to safeguard against damage without resorting to going way overkill on package sizes and padding. I'm extremely unhappy with USPS right now.

That sucks. I'm sorry that something you have no control over, the way USPS handles or delivers (or doesn't deliver) the packages, has led to some damaged and missing items. You have been gracious enough to wait in line and buy Usagi merchandise for me on many occasions. You have always charged exact amounts for shipping and my items have always arrived in great protective packaging and undamaged. I feel bad for the fans who had damaged goods, lost goods, and for you who gave of your time and effort to make many of us fans happy. Sorry, man.
Peace, maka
