First of all, I think Groo is a good comic. As always though, I have questions.

*Does anyone know whatever happened waaaaaaaaaay back to the last issue of Mighty Magnor? As far as I am told it never went to print, or it was that not enough were printed to circulate around the country enough. I never ever saw it once. Wish it was in tpb. Hope it didn't become mulch. I thought everything about it was great. I wish there would be more Magnor.

*What's been going on with the Groo title for the least few years? I know there's been a mini-series here and there but, will there ever be an ongoing series again?

The last issue of Magnor was printed and distributed. Dark Horse recently got the rights to the trade collection, so it will be reprinted eventually.

There will not be a Groo on-going series. At one point, Sergio had plans to alternate mini-series between Groo and other genres. He would do a Groo mini, then a science fiction mini, followed by another Groo, followed by a western, then Groo, then a detective story, and so on. Space Circus and that horror anthology with Mr Diggs were two of those other genre stories. He was even going to resurrect his female detective TC Mars which only saw print in Joe Kubert's Sojourn tabloids. I don't know if that is still his plan though. He has three Groo mini and maxi series scheduled.

It would be great to see all of those you mentioned, but also "Fanboy"! I loved that mini-series. Does anyone else remember the "Sergio Aragones Destroys the DC Universe?" one-shot. That was a classic as well. I heard that he did a similar one where he "destroyed" the Marvel Universe, but I never saw that one. There should be more comics like that. I think the industry as a whole sometimes takes itself too seriously (for an industry in which the first word is "comic"!)

A very funny superhero comic out right now is the new Alpha Flight.

I had/have the Marvel one. Can't rmemeber if I kept it. (Decission time came as to how much stuff I wanted to lug from one apartment to the next)

I wasn't too much into the Fanboy mini-series. Not sure why to be honest.

I'd like to find out about the Firehouse-5. I am also unfamilier with Detective TC Mars, who is that?

I am so glad we havn't seen the last of Groo. I'd been rereading some of the Groo books I have and it is interesting as , maybe I am getting it wrong....despite Groo's low intelligence (to lightly put it) it seems that the true fools are the ones that filll up his world. I know its meant to be a funny book, its just an observation I noticed. Groo seems to ever be the only one who ever comes out happy....Then again....Groo never has to face the mighty Groo, does he?

Has anyone ever played the Groo card game at all? I love the concept behind it. Only a Groo fan could ever appreciate the over all goal.
