Usagi and Jei Bookends

Who do I talk to about Usagi and Jei Bookends? I don't know why Mr. Sakai would not have had these in the works by now, considering that there are over 19 volumes of his famed "Ronin Rabbit" in print. Also, the statues as well. Any help (maybe signing a petition) would be appreciated...You the man Stan RYAAAAA!!!!!

I don't know about anyone else in the Dojo, but when I visualized this in my mind, it looked so cool! Unfortunately, I can't decide if I would rather have Gennosuke or Tomoe Ame as the other end piece.

Has anyone here seen the set of Groo figurines that Dark Horse put out a couple years ago? I don't mean the Lead figures, the PVC ones about 4 inches tall... Dark Horse needs to release a set of Usagi Yojimbo figures like that featuring all the main characters:

Gennosuke
Zato Ino
Chizu
Inazuma
Jei
Lord Noriyuki
Nakamura Koji
Kitsune
Sensei Katsuichi
Jotaro
Sanshobo
Kashira Shingen

etc.

There are way too many cool must-have characters for each to be made into one of the large statues, so a set of the 4 inch pvc pieces would be perfect, followed a year later by a second set, and a third if needed...

I've been wanting Usagi PVCs ever since I first saw the Groo PVCs. BTW, I like the character list you came up with.

As it has already been established that this topic was originally about a hopeful reply for the possibility of Usagi and Jei Bookends ever being made. However, it appears that fans prefer statues of our enduring characters in Usagi Yojimbo. Bookends would be a plus to any collection spanning 19 volumes and growing no matter if it was Usagi & Jei, Gennosuke, or Tomoe Ame. PVC Figures would be nice too but, don't bet on it, unless Sensei Sakai decides to license Darkhorse to do anything but comics and a few Usagi Yojimbo collectibles is hope in itself. Stan is a very gifted and influential artist in my mind and he does it all from drawing, lettering, to even inking. The Man is a powerhouse and that I know is why Usagi has done so well. I am yet to see something beyond the two statues being produced. I can't wait till Usagi hits 100 issues and that my friends will be big for us all as well as Stan. My wish list of "all things Usagi" exceeds even the most hardcore fan of this Ronin Rabbit.

Sensei Sakai I will be waiting for you to Fullfill that wishlist....
