Cha-no-yu in UY?

Post by Anjin-san »

As a newbie, I just picked up UY Book 1 (a week after issues 84 & 85) and was delighted to see Usagi sitting zazen in the first few panels. (Thought I was going to have to dig to find that; I wasn't sure if it even existed.)

Now, can anyone tell me if the cha-no-yu (Tea Ceremony) was ever depicted in UY ? If so, where can I find it ?

Not yet. Stan has said that he'd like to draw a story depicting it, but he hasn't yet.

If I recall correctly, he once said that he'd like to draw a few stories featuring the Japanese "quieter arts", like ikebana, the cha-no-yu, etc.
