I am writing recension for our croatian comic site, and I need help considering UY short story "A Lesson in Courtesy"! What are the volumes in which it was published?
I know only that it is printed in UY Book 16, and also Book 17.

A Lesson in Courtesy was serialized in four parts in Dark Horse Extra, though I don't remember the specific issues. DH Extra was a full color tabloid sized monthly "newspaper". It featured a few serialized stories, a poster, and check list of upcoming DH releases.
Designer Cary Grazzini reformatted the story from a comic strip to fit in a comic book page. The black and white comic book book story was printed in UY Book 17: Duel at Kitanoji.
