Do they Exist?
I've been lookin' on the web for months, with no luck...

I recently ran across a web-site for someone in Australia who had one of the 1000 Editions posters for sale. It features the artwork from book one, I think, and was released in 2001.

There is a s/n limited edition print being released sometime in the near future:


Over the years, there have been quite a few s/n prints of various types released, as well as a number of promotional posters distributed at various conventions. There was a limited edition s/n print produced by Dark Horse Comics and which sold for $100.00 apiece at the San Diego Convention this summer. It featured the cover art of the Art of Usagi Yojimbo hardcover book.

One of my favorite posters was the "Kite Festival" poster which started out as a commissioned piece of art , but was so cool that it was split in half and used as two wrap-around covers for consecutive issues of Usagi Yojimbo. (Issues #46 and 47 from Dark Horse Comics).
