Usagi Yojimbo DojoBoard

Here's a question I'm dying to find out the answer to...

in DH Usagi #6, page 7, panel 1, Usagi spots a mysterious gentleman with a large hat. Have we seen him before? Have we seen him since? I haven't had the chance to go back through all my Usagis to find out, but I don't recall him making another appearance.

I dont have my comics in front of me.... but a gentleman with a huge hat?....... could it be the lord of the owls? (sorry, I have my comics in spaniish, so I dont know thwe exact name)
