Hello
I'm after a contact email for Stan Sakai's agent
We are interested to talk about licensing Usagi YoJimbo characters for
use in a series of games for next generation mobile handsets
If you can help in any way, that would be much appreciated
thanks for your time

Next-generation mobile handsets?
That'd be sweet! But what kind of handsets? After looking at your website, I saw the "Soul Daddy" game avaiable as a JAVA game for any JAVA-enabled cell phone (by the way, how can I get it? Is it avaiable as shareware or do I have to pay for it first in order to play?). If you get the license for the UY's characters, will the games be only for cell phones - PDAs or are you planning to release the games in hand-held consoles as well? (Such as GBA, GP32, or N-Gage, although I don't really know how to call this one). And could you tell us how would the games be? (arcade, adventure, "Final fight"-like, RPG...).
I'd be very interested in those games (I've got a Nokia 7650 and DOOM looks awesome in it, although it's really hard to play since cell phones aren't very confortable to play with

). Please let us know about them.

Hi Ziritrion
the game would very much be like the old C64 game was years ago
(which I was involved in as well).
We have a very powerfull toolset that lets us develop across all handsets
simultaneously. What handsets it appears on will depend on what carriers
pick it up.
As far as GBA goes, I'm not sure. We did some work for a UY GBA demo
about a year ago, not sure what happened with that.
I imagine the license suits the older audience, where as GBA is more
for kids. But a good game is a good game and could potentially introduce
UY to a younger audience
Soul Daddy is available for the 7650, (for a complete list visit)

Ask your local carrier if they plan to carry this game
cheers
