Usagi Yojimbo DojoBoard

As a fan of reading the original comics, it's becoming very difficult for me to follow story annotations that only refer to previous events in terms of the trade paperbacks within which they were reprinted. Stan, would you consider also including issue numbers (or at least story titles)? I realize that you don't want to take up a lot of space with your annotations, but it would make it much easier for readers of the original comics to keep up with continuity.

I'll discuss it with Editor Diana. I just refer to the trade collection because that is the permanent record of Usagi's adventures. The books will be reprinted many times, and so would be more easily available. It is a good bet that over the course of years, more people will be familiar with the trades than the comics.
