When will regular continuity catch up to the color specials?
I was reading issues from a few years back tonight and, in one of them, Stan mentioned in the letter column that the regular issues of Usagi have almost caught up to the color specials (which take place in the very near future). Has Stan been more specific in stating when this will happen yet?

They done did catch up...
The recent story featuring Kitsune takes place after the last color special story (not counting Green Persimmon, which was already reprinted in one of the books). The color special stories fall inbetween the ending of The Treasure of the Mother of the Mountains and The Thief and the Lotus Scroll.
They will eventually be reprinted in Book #22, hopefully.

Usagi and Tomoe haven't actually spent that much time together. I know she spends a lot more time with Usagi in the more recent issues but, prior to this, it seems to me that they only met up a few times. Off the top of my head, there was Lone Rabbit and Child, The Confession, The Shogun's Gift, and the Dragon Bellows Conspiracy. I'm not entirely sure I recall them even crossing paths in Grasscutter. They at least spent the bulk of the story apart.estee wrote:Wow I never realised the Colour Specials were in any particular order.
Learn something every day.
Strange, all those years together and its only now that Usagi and Tomoe talk about their youth.
