I'm gonna go out on a limb and say its the "La Plumilla de Plata" award given to you in 2003, it was in Mexico.

Well, that sure got a lot quicker response than the last trivia question I posted. The correct answer was posted in less than an hour and a half.

Congratulations, Estee. That is the Silver Pen, though it does look like a chili pepper. It was given out at the Utopia Convention in Mexico City. I am even wearing the leather jacket that Sergio Aragones haggled for me at a bazaar.
I'll send out your prize when it comes out next month.
