Sorry, no idea

. Maybe you should try looking on eBay or Amazon for some issues (if UY has been published in Swedish, you'll probably be able to find them there).

Hej, kul att se flera svenska fans!
Hi, nice to see more Swedish fans!
I can answer som of your questions.
First of all, Usagi was featured in his own translated comic a short while in 91-92 before closing down due to few readers.
It contained the early stories of Usagi and also some other furry-inspired comics not by Stan Sakai. The first issue showed the meeting of Gen and Usagi, that is they jumped ahead of the entire Tomoe/Noriyuki-story. The last issue was the one where Usagi meets a Kappa-demon, just before the Spot-storyline. I'm happy to say I have all the issues as they are very rare these days :/
Recently the first Fantagraphics-books has been showing up as well, translated into Swedish.
As far as I know, the best places to find Usagi-comics in Sweden are either at Sci-Fi-bokhandeln in Gamla Stan, Stockholm or Alvglans on Folkkungagatan, also in Stockholm. Alvglans in particular makes sure to have Usagi-books in stock and also imports the single issues.

Good luck!
