Space Usagi (and Rhogen) will be in a couple of episodes of next season's TMNT. I just received one of the script outlines this past week, and it's wonderful--lot of action, but still time for character and relationship development.

Oh wow! Awesome!

After watching the Big Brawl story arc, Usagi's character left me with a sense of satisfaction.

Usagi acted just the way we're accustomed to him - with a sense of honor and quiet dignity. *SPOILER* I think the most memorable scene was when he was trying to cure Leonardo and Donatello was suspicious of him. Usagi didn't get confrontational, but remained polite and dignified. The turtles could learn much from him

Gen was true to his character as well, altho it would have been nice to see him get mixed up in the fighting as well (outside the arena).

Overall, if u haven't seen it it - do it!

Sakai-San, will that be in TMNT Fast Forward (the new futuristic series)?

Also, a quick question - I've seen some interesting crossovers like Batman vs. Predator and others. Other than TMNT, are there any other themes (if not specific characters like the Predator) that you'd find interesting to work into Usagi?





P.S: I made this drawing of a fictional Usagi vs. Predator battle after an overdose of reading Usagi and wacthing too many Predator movies when I was sick. Posted it in the fan art section, but I suppose it won't to psot it here again.

I just read on the Technodrome Forums that the TMNT Fast Forward series has been canceled and that the Space Usagi episode will not occur after all.

Is this true? Can anyone confirm this?

This is where having a 6 year old comes in handy haha. He loves the TMNT and Usagi so we have all the TMNT seasons on DVD. I buy all the DVD's and toys for him:D , my wife just laughs and calls me a big kid...which is true.
