Okay, here goes.

Who did the voices of Usagi, Gen, Tomoe and Lord Noriyuki in the TMNT episodes The Real Worl Part 1?

and Sakai-sensei, if you see this, heres a question;

And I know this is TOTALLY off topic but what are the exact ages of those characters I just mentioned?

I had no idea that all of those characters appeared in the show. I'm glad to see that Usagi got much better representation in this animated series.

I don't know who did each of the characters' voices, nor do I know their ages.

I remember a thread on the Boards quite a while back that speculated on how old Usagi is. I think the consensus was that he was somewhere in his mid-twenties.
