I've been looking at the large version, and except for the mandarin orange slices I can't figure out the rest-- is that fish or dumplings?

I like the pic, though-- very cute!

It looks like scallops with pink grapefruit slices, lightly fried leek threads, and a couple of white asparagus.

But I could be wrong.
