Was wondering if Sensei had any updates on the proposed "War of the Worlds" mini-series. Looking forward to it, sounds like it should be really good.

No news. Since 2009 is Usagi's 25th, it makes more sense to concentrate on regular Usagi.

Any tidbits on what may be in store for next year? Anything special planned for the celebration?

i have been a fan of usagi when i saw him on tmnt a few years ago. i would like 2 know what the war of the worlds is about. is it like east meets west story. hope 2 here from u soon.

The premise is: What if the martians had sent a couple of scout ships about two centuries before the events recorded by H G Wells? We would have those tentacled aliens with their giant tripods against samurai armies and ninja.

Any possible tie-in to Space Usagi? Or would it be strictly "present day" Usagi characters?

maybe we could see an epilogue of sorts in the Space Usagi timeline, after the War of the Worlds event.
