UY Wiki in other languages

Hello.
I think that it would be great to create UY Wiki in different languages. I am working on some UY indexes in Polish. I thought about creating Polish UY site (old one is closed). Now, we've got UY Wiki. Would it be possible to prepare Polish version? I'm not able to download wikimedia software and establish it on Polish server - don't know how to do that.
