Goemon Ishikawa in a UY story?

I don't think that there's ever been a UY story featuring a character inspired by the famous Robin Hood-like ninja bandit Goemon Ishikawa (there was "After the Rat," but Stan's story notes say that that story was inspired by Nezumi Kozō, who lived in the early 19th Century). I wonder if there's any chance of this happening. I know that the real Goemon Ishikawa lived a little bit before the period in which UY is set, but it doesn't seem like it would be too difficult to incorporate a character based on Goemon Ishikawa or do a flashback story.

Some of you may be familiar with Goemon Ishikawa through the anime series Lupin III since his modern-day descendant is one of the main characters.

I have never heard of Goemon Ishikawa, but I am familiar with the legend of Kunisada Chuji, a renowned figure of Japanese lore on a par with Robin Hood, who has been the basis for numerous movies, including one from 1960 which starred Toshiro Mifune.

Mifune also played the role of Abare Goemon in the 1966 Hiroshi Inagaki film "Rise Against the Sword".

Still sounds like an interesting idea.

Nezumi stories were great, and i think it's enough of robin hood like characters, of course everything is in the hands of god, or mr. Sakai hands, there are so many fantastic plans for future issues...

Goemon, if the name hasn't partially given it away, was also the basis for the long running Mystical Ninja series by Konami.
