Konnichi wa!!! I've been away from this site for a very long time. Many moons ago my comic shop up here in Canada stopped selling "Usagi Yojimbo"! Much to my surprise. They won't even order it in for me!! Soooo...I've missed out on quite alot of Usagi's adventures!!
I have my present Usagi's and quite a few of the Trade Paperbacks to keep me going, but, I dearly miss some new material!! And I won't order it online because I will not put my credit card numbers on the internet and besides, you never know what condition your merchindise is going to arrive in. ( especially up here in the "Great White North"!!)
So...I'm stuck without my Usagi fix!! I am also a big fan of Sergio Argones" "Groo the Wanderer" and "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" And I am A BIG fan of Samurai Cinema(especially the "Lone Wolf and Cub" and "Zatoichi" films!) and "period" kung fu movies.(especially the "One-armed Swordsman" flicks!)
I would dearly like to correspond with ANYONE who is also interested in the same stuff!! I am also a bit of an "artist" myself. I am currently working on a Kung Fu "funny-animal" adventure comic of my own And I have had the great privilege of having some of my Usagi "fan-art" printed in the back of a Usagi comic. That was a real thrill!!!
So...drop me a line (or two or three...) and let's talk! I shall try to post my mental meanderings on the forum from time to time.
Ja,mata!! Bob
