It hasnt been shipped from Diamond Comics yet.

I just checked and apparently Diamond will be shipping out volume 24 HC out on August 25th.

Now if they would just ship out Phantom: Generations Special #1

And there is a copy on ebay with a $49 buy it now price (plus $5 shipping)
