The Eisner nominations were made public today, and I've got two nominations--Best Continuing Series (Usagi Yojimbo, of course) and Best Letterer. Nursery Rhyme Comics, a hardcover to which I and about 48 others contributed, is up for Best Anthology.
The Eisners will be presented at Comic-con International: San Diego in July.

Congratulations Stan! That's fantastic and I think you should definitely win for Best Continuing Series. It would be great if you won all 3 but I haven't read Nursery Rhyme Comics and as far as letterer goes your sound effects lettering/placement has always been very clever and that alone deserves the award. But I'd be happy with Best Continuing Series - what a time for Usagi to go on hiatus!
