I just read that Stan is coming to Phill for a fuzzy animal convention. Yay! That is the farthest East he has come in years (that I am aware of). I am wondering how many fans are in the area and would come to an event. I organized the first FanimeCon dinner for him a few years ago, and if we have the fans, I'll try to organize some event at this con- assuming he and the con organizers are amenable.
It would be great to have a strong turn out to support the con, but I am also interested in people who would come just for a Dojo event. The convention is relatively soon (on an organizer's scale) so the sooner I get a response, the better event we can plan.
