Big Wow--What to bring

Post by Stan Sakai »

The Big Wow Comic Fest in San Jose, CA is coming up. Is anyone going, and do you want me to bring anything in particular? Hardcovers of Saga 1 and 2, a particular issue or trade, art, tote bag, T-shirt, etc?

Will there be an auction catalog or convention program with your Vampirella watercolor piece in it at Big Wow?

Any chance of someone attending who could pick one up for me?

I think there will be a convention book. I don't know details.

Anyone willing to pickup and ship a Harcover Saga 1 for me? I'd be grateful beyond words. :D

Right now Saga 2 HC is $80, and Saga 1 is $300 to Dojo members. Mine are Artist Proofs, outside of the regular 900 edition, with an extra full page sketch.

There is currently a vol 1 on eBay for $800 and I was told an Artist Proof will soon be put up with a $500 starting bid and a $900 BIN.

I do not do mail orders, and prices may change, especially if the $900 copy sells quickly.

Yes, Stan does take credit cards. I sense you're tempted there then ;)

I don't bring much merchandise to shows so specials requests need to ordered ahead of time.

Okay. I will see you at Big Wow.

By "Tribute Book", you mean the French Tribute Book and not the Sakai Project, correct?
