Aside from the cover, what are the differences between the TBs and the hardcovers?

The hardcovers are limited-editions, signed, numbered, and I believe, sketched-in by Big Boss Sakai himself. And they'll run you $45 more, new.

The HC's also have bonus stuff too that the TPB's do not, to make them worth purchasing over the TPBs. A good example of this would be UY Book 4 HC which had a full color watercolor story that the TPB did not. Also, the covers *sometimes* differ between the HCs and TPBs... I believe nowadays the covers are the same. Back in the FB days they were sometimes different.
