A young woman came up to me at the recent Phoenix Comic-con and introduced herself as a comic book colorist. She asked for a drawing of her little dog and what would I charge for it. I told her I would do it as a professional courtesy and it would be my pleasure. I drew the pug as a samurai, and she was very happy with the result.

Later, Jae came by with this wonderful drawing to thank me for the drawing. It turned out she was his wife.
