Sorry, the title is a bit misleading. I was watching a haul video and this one has Kevin Eastman at the beginning wearing an Usagi hat. You can stop watching after that.

He's been wearing it a lot lately. He had one on at WonderCon.

Maybe it's a stipulation in the contract Stan signed with IDW. In order for there to be a crossover Kevin must promote Usagi!

He seems to be wearing the Usagi hat a lot. He has it in many pictures he posts on Facebook and was wearing it in Kansas City Comic con.

Looking at again, it's the Noggin cap, so if you didn't get one from them when it launched, then definitely get one from Stan this time
