Mysterious...and equipped with a crappy sense of direction. He STILL hasn't found Usagi! I mean, come on...

Two guys walking around a country the size of Great Britain. How often would they bump into each other?
But he'll be back. Or, rather, Inazuma will.

You say that like the UK is a big place
says the guy who is a three-hour flight from one coast of his homeland, a 10-hour flight from the other, and a 9 hour flight from the third. Nothing skewed about my frame of reference....

Well, when your main source of transportation is your feet, it is a big country.
On a modern day perspective: I remember a Asian American Department Professor telling a class that Japan is the roughly the size of California, with 2/3 of it made of mountains (unlivable), and ~1/2 the population of the USA.
Needless to say, I avoided the trains during rush hour.
Peace,

Whilst I think it was a great storyline, I'm still hoping that Inazuma will somehow get free of Jei, and have a good old lovey-dovey relationship with our rabbit Ronin...
Somehow, I don't think it'll happen.

Well...the only way Usagi 'killed' Jei in Grasscutter was sticking him with the sword itself, which only led to Jei's soul (or spirit?) moving over to Inazuma. I reckon it's going to take a very delicate operation to remove Jei from Inazuma...and if it does happen, I don't think the poor woman's going to be in much of a shape for any sort of romance!

very true, i doubt you could stab anyone with the sword of the gods, and not have them either, be struck by lightning, or die instantly from some other crazy elemental force.

Size of Great Britain? but Japan seems really thin on those globes! I can't even fit my whole hand into that island. (I'm wondering how Usagi can walk around on it...he must have access to Rick Moranis).
No, I'm not as dumb as I can sometimes sound. I'm just wondering...with all Jei's "unearthly" powers, he seems less equipped psychically than Sasuke (whom, by the way, is a wonderful character and would make my day if he squared off against Inazuma-Jei). I mean, he doesn't have some sort of "radar-sense" to track down Usagi? I'm not trying to be critical, I'm just sincerely wondering.
And whaddaya MEAN, how often can they bump into each other? usagi bumps into Gen ALL the TIME!! Not to mention Tomoe (but she is restricted to the territory of the Geishu clan, so I suppose he could just crisscross). And, let's see.....he, uh...meets a lot of people with problems! Yeah, this is going nowhere fast. NEXT POST!

Quite honestly, I have the feeling that all Gen really does is continually stalk Usagi...obviously thinking (usually quite rightly) that wherever Usagi goes, trouble always rears its head, and Gen can then pocket the money!
Oh...

well gen finds out about bandits and stuff from other bounty hunters and what not, so he knows where to go, i thinks that its all coincidence. but gen would have motive, usagi finds trouble, gen gets money from trouble, and concidering usagi has only been defeated what? twice in a sword duel, so its not at all risky for gen.

This is true. Post-Apocolyptic Australia has merely broadband, so the messages get sent slower, but arrive faster. Amazing, isn't it?
Interesting theory about Gen stalking Usagi...Hadn't thought of that, although you're probably right. And I always pronnounced Gen's name
JENN-OH-SUE-KEE. But probably wrong...

i always pronouced usagi(you-sa-gi) as opposed to (oo-sa-gi)
and i also pronounce gen Jenn-o-suke
