Contacts at IGN For Reviews for the Latest Issues of Usagi?

I contacted IGN about reviewing the latest issues of Usagi (I told them I'd do it for free. I just love writing in general), but they never reply to anything I send them 
They do a review roundup every month or so (I'm not sure if they stopped since I stopped using it as much a while back).
I was wondering if anyone had contacts there. It's just a shame that it never really gets reviewed in the review roundup.

This guy mentions that Issue# 126 was the first thing (and perhaps) only Usagi-related thing he'd read. He still gave it a good score.

I know IGN isn't that respected of a news source, but they have a WIDE audience. They even have a branch in the Middle East that some guys I knew tried getting a job at.
