Buying from Dogu.co

Hello,

Just wanted to see if anybody else has had a similar experience ordering from Dogu.co

I placed an order on 08/16 for the Usagi #20 Virgin cover. I didn't receive anything after 2 weeks, so I sent an e-mail asking about the status. Never got a reply. I've continued to send multiple e-mails to support@dogu.co and daniel@dogu.co but have not received any response at all. Is there any other way to contact them about an order?

Usually, when I have a problem with an online purchase, I send a message to the seller as a reply to the initial purchase acknowledgement email, that way the seller has all the information concerning the original order. If I have not received an email from the seller acknowledging the order, I will contact them through paypal so that the payment information can be used to indicate what order is being referenced. There is also a small chance that the purchase process was not fully completed and the order was never finalized, in which case Dogu would have no record of the purchase. I would definitely suggest checking your payment records to make sure you were charged for the purchase.

Hi,

Yes, I did reply back to them using the Paypal order confirmation e-mail so they have all the order details. I checked my credit card account before and I was charged back on 08/21 for the purchase amount.

Just want to let you know I received a reply back from Becky at Dogu today. Turns out there was a technical issue on their end that marked my order as cancelled by mistake. The order is being processed now.
