We can always use more letters! Most people comment on forums nowadays instead of sending letters in to publishers.

I agree. Letter columns are an important part of comics, and a good motivator to buy a book every month rather than trade waiting.
Can't wait to read your letter, Maka. I'll be reading the issue tonight.

You should have my daughter, Angela, sign it. Brendan published her quick sketch of Kitsuni on the mail envelope I sent my letter in. She was thrilled!

I set as a goal to hand write a fan letter into the Usagi Yojimbo Letter Column every issue this year. I don't care if they get published. It is just a fun exercise and writing a traditional letter about something I am passionate about. You should join me and write (or email usagi@darkhorse.com) some comments after an issue is published. Like Stan says, they need more letters. That might also mean your note has a better chance of being published. Then you are a part of a Usagi comic! Ryaaaaaaa! ;)

Peace, maka

P.S. Stan, do you know who is your new editor?

Then I shall have to ask Maka AND Angela to sign my copy!

You are right Maka. I shall endeavor to write a letter to. Not so much for the chance to be published, but because it shows we care.
I hope to pick up my issue this weekend, and look forward to reading your comments and seeing Angela's sketch.

Congrats Maka!

I haven't made my bi-monthly trip to my LCS yet to pick up the issue, but looking forward to reading your missive.
