Yokai Panel2Panel bookplate giveaway

Post by Stan Sakai »

A Dojo member has very graciously agreed to be the distributor for the Panel2Panel bookplate for November's Yokai hardcover, so those Dojo members who do not buy a copy of the book through the Panel2Panel website can still get a chance to receive a signed plate. The bookplates are about 3x5", featuring a pencil and watercolor drawing of Usagi, and will be signed.

It will be first-come/first-served, until the 40 plates are gone.

We'll give you more details as they occur.

Yokai is 64 pages (56 pages of story/art), and will retail for $14.95. Unlike the other Usagi hardcovers, Dark Horse will not release a signed and numbered edition of Yokai.

I'd like a bookplate.

Hello UYDers,

I would like to reserve a bookplate too.

Thanks! Peace, maka

(edit) unless these are the same bookplate that I got at SDCC this year. If it's the same, let another fan have it.

. . . and, although the details haven't been announced yet, it looks like it would be a safe bet to chime in here and now. I would like a book plate when they become available, thanks!

We have not started the bookplate giveaway yet, so do not ask for one. We will let you know when it begins, probably in about a month.

Yes, it will be open to international Dojo members.

I have not yet received the plate for me to sign.

There were two other Dojo members who offered their services. Thank you all for your support.

Just to be sure: that new bookplate has got a new design, am I right?

If so, then I'll ask for one, too, as soon as the race is on

This may sound like a silly question, but what exactly is a bookplate? I collect only single issues so have never seen one.
