In the fan art & fiction, I know that you can post fan art for like, gen and usagi, but I was wondering two things:
One, can I put usagi and my own figmented character,and, Two, when you mean fan fiction, does that mean I can write something like a chapter in a book, or do I have to draw picts and such?

1) Yes, you can. I guess that as long as it is UY related, you may do whatever fan art you want (check the posting rules)
2) Fan fiction is just a written story, and you don't have to add any images to it. However, if you've drawn some and would like to add them, please do.
