Is there anyway to find out how many posts I have on this site?
I am post-count junkie ya see...and I like to know how many I have.
I went on the memberlist and re-ordered the memebership according to posts and found I was eighth (woo-hoo) but I am still wondering about the actual number.
Yes, I am this pathetic.

I should have a thousand more than I do, but CX purges the system on occasion, so I lose some posts.
But if you think I have a lot, you should check out the dudes at CBR and Newsarama...some of those guys are up to 20,000 posts!

I modified the search method for total posts...
Go to "Search"
Put your user name in "Author"
Then click "Posts" in the "Display results as:" line.
Boom...all of your posts laid out.
Heh, heh, heh.
Sigh....I know...I'll leave now.

Hmm... I thought it was obvious and understandable you have to display results as posts, not topics.

Hmmm, now how do I go about disabling all of these features? I've got some programming ahead of me....

Nooooo....I'm a post-count junkie....I must keep track of all my posts on all the boards I frequent.
Please, Todd, have a heart.

We'll see. I may not even have the time to spend on it.
However, the post counts here are not even accurate, since the board is regularly pruned for non-relevant posts.

A lot of people get hung up on post counts... i think a small amount of truly relevant and contributing posts is far more impressive than tons of "filler" posts...not that yours are, but in the past we've had a few people rack up the counts with gratuitious posts and that's why I dropped the count. It REALLY worked to deter the stuff too!

Oh I understand completely, Todd.
It's just I have very low self-esteem and a high post count (a rep points for those that know what that is) is my only means of validation on this earth.
Yes, I am this pathetic.

Nonsense. No one who reads Usagi Yojimbo can be pathetic by any stretch....
