On a few of the other boards I frequent there is an option in the member profile that allows the memeber to have a personal "user title". Meaning you can put whatever phrase you wish under your user name.

Such as, I have under "estee", "inert comic geek" on my CBR and Buzzscope accounts.

Is it possible to have such a feature added to the Dojo?

Just for fun, naturally.

Yeah. I'd love to have mine say "shugyosha" or something


Seriously though, as I understand it, Todd uses the member groups as a way of recognizing and distinguishing members that make meaningful contributions to the Dojo. Customized titles would take away from that.

Plus, it does not come as a standard option with phpBB. It may be some kind of add on.

It is... I can change my title on a couple of other phpBB boards, including Digital Press.
