Also uable to get an Avitar!!!!

Like the pantherwarrior I am finding it impossible to get an Avitar up and running. I have found a "portrait" of "Yagi" I want to use , but , I keep getting told that it's too big!!! Other people are using portraits of the same nature...why can't I ???!!! It's frustrating me no end!!!!!!HELP!!!!!toonz@sympatico.ca

Well, too big is probably the filesize. My suggestion would be: Try to save the image as a JPG and raise the compression ratio. The quality of the image will get worse but that's the most simple way to get it below 6000 bytes.

If you have no image manipulation software, look for ImageMagick. It's command line driven but free software and the "convert" command will do what you need.
