Usagi Yojimbo DojoBoard

hi all, just a quick question..

i am about to start my own computer repair business and i am thinking of calling it "yojimbo computers" with an image of usagi, but my business advisor pointed out copyright issue's.

anyone know who (and how) to contact somebody for permission to use an image.
