I am having a few issues with the UY wiki. I have contributed to the wiki before but have not done so for a while.

• The

  Code: Select all

  <ref></ref>

  and

  Code: Select all

  <references/>

  tags are no longer working correctly. The tags themselves are now visible when viewing wiki pages that use them.
• When I tried to upload an image, I recieved the following message. "You must confirm your e-mail address before editing pages. Please set and validate your e-mail address through your user preferences." I followed the steps to have a confirmation e-mail sent, but didn't receive an e-mail. (I did check my spam folder, too.)

You need an extension to enable the <references> and <ref/> tags. If you aren't the one administering the wiki server, you may want to contact him or her about that. Here's where the extension is hosted: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Cite/Cite.php
