Does anyone else see this? Is it supposed to look like that?
The
Stay in the Loop: (newsletter signup form) link isn't working either (above it to the right).

My Firefox browser shows the same image as Gaffey's screenshot.
"Stay in the loop" is also not working.

Here are my results on a variety of devices.
Similarly messed up looking on:
Chrome (iOS - iPad)
Chrome (OSX - Macbook Pro)
Safari (OSX - Macbook Pro)
Internet Explorer 11 (Win 7 - desktop PC)
Looks fine with:
Chome (Win 7 - desktop PC)
Safari (iOS - iPad)
The menu bar doesn't show up at all on:
Dolphin (Android 6.0.1 - Nexus 5)
Chrome (Android 6.0.1 - Nexus 5)
