Blame eBay, Paypal and scammers for the lack of people who ship overseas. eBay/Paypal's "Seller Protection Policy" only applies if you used a method of shipping with electronic tracking and delivery confirmation. This is not available without paying an arm and a leg if you are outside the US. Also many, many, MANY sellers have been scammed or burned thanks to shady buyers who refuse to pay for anything above a bare bones shipping, then they promptly file a claim with eBay stating that they never got the item and demand a refund. Nine times out of Ten they will find in the Buyers Favor, even IF the Seller provides proof that they shipped. No tracking? Tough luck.

Now eBay has changed the policy AGAIN, pretty much axeing any kind of electric transfer of funds outside ot Paypal, this includes BidPay and Western Union, and other Money Order Services if you want to qualify for the Seller Protection, which pretty much screws any country over that doesn't have Paypal available. This has made me stop shipping overseas all together, there is just too much risk for the buyer and the seller.

Be careful who you do business with.
We can figure ways to make the system work.
I bought the watch for Pekass since I am in the usa and the seller refuses to ship out of the country.

No matter how careful you are, no matter if you dot your i's and cross your t's, when you do international shipping it's a huge risk to both the buyer and the seller. The Buyer because his item has a far greater chance to be lost or damaged in transit, and the Seller do to lost money or claims that the item was never delivered, was stuck in customs and in some cases fell off the boat in overseas transit. Yes, this has happened! And eBay is no help at all, the 'Seller Protection Policy' is a joke to be blunt, even if the seller does everything right most of the time eBay will find in favor of the buyer unless the seller has hard core proof that the buyer is scamming. There are pages and pages of horror stories from both sides of the coin.

If a seller says 'No International Shipping' and refuses to ship no matter how nicely you ask chances are they have been burned badly before and have decided that what little more profit they may make isn't worth the hazards and risks that it entails. Move on and look for another seller who will ship overseas.

Or better yet complain to eBay that the policies they have currently in place make it harder for International Bidders to buy and sell on thier site

Dear Readers,
This is actually the second watch.
The first watch arrived at my house and someone stole it from my doorstep.
I have lived in this house for 30+ years and never had anything stolen.
The eBay seller told me I was lucky because he had only one more left.
Within 4 days the second watch was at my home and then on its way to Spain.
I hope Pekass is as happy with his watch as I am with mine.
Thank you Sensei Sakai for creating all of this groovy stuff.

Hopefully never. A director with the most noble intentions on Earth couldn't translate Watchmen (not The Watchmen) into a 2-3 hour feature film, not to mention the stooge who would be hired by a large studio.

Any attempt at filming that book would be a disaster for everyone involved. It would lose money for the studio, infuriate the fans, and confuse the hell out of Joe Moviegoer, further convincing him that comics are all a bunch of poorly-writter kid fodder.
