While that possibly may be a true prototype, it looks to be a regular variant of the Antarctic press figure. I've seen several of these on ebay for under 15 bucks.

I remember just seeing one prototype, and it was the standard "blue shirt" one. Hannah broke one of the weapons when she used it to cut styrofoam packing peanuts. I fixed it with superglue before sending it on.
