Interesting that it lists six hardcover, dust-jacketed Fantagraphics books, but only two as signed and numbered editions. Did Fantagraphics put out hardcover volumes, especially first editions, that were NOT limited editions?

ps: I had some email correspondence with the Heritage folks, and confirmed that only two of these are numbered limited edition volumes.
