I think the price is driven mostly by the fact that people are becoming desperate to find one. I'd be interested to see if this gets relisted or if the buyer actually pays the winning bid price.Gaffey wrote:WOW! I know that happened recently with an original art listing of Usagi on eBay.
If somebody started getting the HC Saga editions late and has now discovered that it is nearly impossible to find one they may be willing to pay that price.
There is one currently listed at BIN $520 and it includes other volumes with it. Starting bid is $400 and that is a bargain after this recent listing.
