What do you guys think is more realistic for a 6.5? $450-$500, maybe?

Comics Price Guide lists a 6.5 Albedo 2 at $100 (raw and graded). So if you feel comfortable paying 5x "guide" then I guess that would be a good deal. I don't know what to think with this book. I'd pay a couple hundred if the person wants to crack it open. :)

I think it's overpriced, but CPG is rarely used, if ever. They're pretty outdated and don't utilize any real-time market data.

Where can you get accurate data other than what someone pays on eBay? If two wealthy people are bidding on the same item it doesn't exactly mean the book is worth that much. It just means they really want one and have the means to acquire it. If I were rich*, I would buy the 9.8 on eBay, but there is no way it's worth $10,000.

GPA is a paid sales tracking service...https://www.gpanalysis.com/

The LCS near me is great about sharing the data.

Well, I'm not paying $11 just to find the going rate of Albedo 2. It is a cool idea nonetheless. I had never heard of it.
