Ebay Usagi comic shop print
Saw this on ebay today: http://www.ebay.com/itm/382192782182 Not sure if it is as rare as the seller claims. He says there are only 25. Doesnt have a title for the print, I would want to hear from Stan about this one before buying it but thought it would be worth posting here.

Re: Ebay Usagi comic shop print
It is pretty limited, only 25 s/n copies released, but it seems like I remember Stan saying that there were some unsigned ones, but I have never seen any of those show up on ebay or elsewhere. I have always referred to it as the "Belgium" print since it was released by Enigma Comics in Belgium. My copy, acquired from go over ten years ago, is XXI/XXV (21/25).Rustyblade wrote:Saw this on ebay today: http://www.ebay.com/itm/382192782182 Not sure if it is as rare as the seller claims. Steve's on the money as always there heh. Mine is XX / XXV and yes, there are only 25 numbered copies. It was reasonably expensive to buy, but I am not aware of the original price.

I think that Stan said that these prints are not at all rare, seems like he said that there are 100's of them out there, but only a few were signed and numbered.

Trying to copy in the link to a discussion we had a few years about this print with Stan's insights.

I assume it is pretty rare as this is the only one I ever see listed for sale. I do see this item listed and re-listed from this seller quite often though.
It always has a couple people watching but obviously hasn't ever sold. I've seen it pop up off and on for at least a year or more.
I have #4/15 A.E.(artist edition) which I purchased from Stan in Kansas City a couple years ago.

I remember signing these at a cafe in Angouleme, France one year. Erik, my Dutch/Belgian publisher, met me there. I particularly remember that I did not have the right pencil (I think I had a .3mm 2H mechanical pencil) and so the signature and numbering came out much, much lighter than I would have liked. I don't remember exactly how many I signed, but remember it as more than 25. I was given 15 copies of my own for APs.
