Each year my favorite local comic book store owners travel to the San Diego Comicon.
They brought this back for me last year.
They could not remember the artist.

Heres sdcc 2016 artist list https://www.comic-con.org/cci/2016/arti ... exhibitors not sure if its 100% conplete. It looks like the initals are GG?

It's Greg Luzniak, it's the piece he did for the Sakai Project.

Yeah, it looked familiar to me, so first thing I did was grab the Sakai Project to check
