Added Vault Collectibles which has shipping included on the price on eBay, so I might not do a group order since it wouldn't save anybody on shipping. I'm reaching out to them to see if I can get better pricing per issue if I order from them directly for a group. I'll update that entry when I hear back.

Is it Vault selling the copies currently on eBay, or someone else btw? Obviously may pay to wait if not, and it is listed direct on their own website.

I believe it's Vault on eBay. I emailed them (off eBay) about pricing and they asked how many copies I wanted, so I told them probably 8-10 (based on the interest I'm seeing here for other covers). I haven't heard back yet, but will update once I do.

Added Frankie's Comics and Other Realms. Apparently the Simonson retailer incentive will get a black and white version (I don't know where it'll be sold) and there's one more retailer exclusive I saw, but can't remember who's it is. Then I think that's pretty much it for these variants.
