Where is Gen?

Dear Readers,
Where is the Gen toy from Playmates?
Did anyone find one?
I have gone to the 3 toy stores in my town each week to find it....
Should I keep looking or is it already released and gone?
I do not find it on eBay either...
How many were produced?

I have been looking for Usagi and Gen and have had no luck.

I don't usually cruise the toy racks, but the only Gen I have seen is that one that Playmates sent to me.
Playmate reps at San Diego did say that the Gen toy should be out soon. But that was a couple of months ago.

I emailed Playmates about the availablility of the Gen action figure:
"The figure has already been distributed to the retail store. There is
only one packed in each carton. Please check the following stores for
availability of Playmates Toys. Wal-mart, Toys r Us, Target, K-Mart, and

I checked amazon.com but could not find Gen. (Toysrus uses amazon.com...)
How many cartons were packed and where is Gen?
Any help with this one will be greatly appreciated.
I have an extra Playmates Usagi Yojimbo to trade for a Gen...(':shock:')

My wonderful wife, in an effort to save the time I use each week to look in the 5 local toy stores, just bought me a Gen for $20 delivered via eBay.
She does understand me.

There's a handful on ebay (USA) at the moment. And there's been two that I've seen on ebay (UK) so far. I've manged to grab one at last! Yay!

Talk about dumb luck...
About 2 weeks ago, I purchased a UY and Gen TMNT figure from a Target store near Cincinnatti (Taylorsville, Voice of America Center). I just happened to be looking and there they were.

Hey folks! There is a new version of the Usagi Figure out there, part of the TMNT 'Allies' series. It's the same figure but in new packaging with a DVD. I just got mine off eBay. I'll post a pic if anybody wants to see it but there is a handful of them on eBay now.

Yeah, I saw the new Usagi's the other day. I posted it here on another post.

No difference that I can see, maybe some SLIGHT color difference...due to maybe making a new batch...but other than that same figure, accessories, and 'slash attack' move as the first figure
