Jimmy Yun is a very talented sculptor. He had given me a couple of his pieces, a wonderful Kitsune that, unfortunately suffered some damage during transit from a convention.
I especially like the expression on this woodcutter. He and his wife will appear next in UY 98.
A few years ago I bought a custom Space Usagi figure which I also prize. Afterwhich I tried to scupt some of my own with horrible results. Now I am at the mercy of those with talent to sell on ebay.
That is a really cool looking statue, and it is really amazing that only one person bid on it. I am happy that you were able to get it for such a great price, but at the same time I am sorry to see the seller get only $15.00 for it, especially if it is being sold on behalf of Jimmy Yun.
