This is a 400 print limited edition 11 color silkscreen.
I have seen 2 in the last 10 years.

Hey, I actually managed to win the auction on ebay for the second of those two prints. 
(It even cost less than a $100, which was really hard to believe).
Now, if I can just find one of those earlier silkscreens of Usagi and Tokage under the moon......
